Responsibilities
- Prepare client visits by analyzing purchasing behavior to propose suitable products and services
- Advise and inform clients on products to optimize sales and profitability
- Detect potential new clients and develop concrete proposals during discovery visits
- Optimize tour plans to prospect high-potential new customers
- Act as a business partner with internal stakeholders including Hall Directors and Sales Experts
- Analyze weekly turnover and margins to adjust priority actions
- Provide synthetic visit reports and feedback to the Sales Manager
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bac +3 or +4 degree in business school or equivalent
- Seeking an apprenticeship (alternance) in sales
- Passion for gastronomy and customer relations
- Proficiency in IT tools
- Valid Driver's License (Permis B) is mandatory
