Junior Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow the existing customer base in the Upington region.
• Identify new customers and market areas to increase monthly penetration.
• Achieve monthly sales and listing targets.
• Conduct regular customer visits and provide professional follow-up on queries.
• Gather market intelligence regarding competitor pricing, strategies, and market segments.
• Ensure customers are kept informed about product offerings and updates.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and professional conduct.
• Ensure compliance with EH&S guidelines and company policies.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales environment.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Proven ability to meet targets and work independently.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Computer literacy, specifically in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• SAP knowledge is considered advantageous.
• Ability to work as a strong team player and drive innovation.
