Junior Sales & Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and generate leads through outbound channels like LinkedIn and email
• Manage and maintain a pipeline of potential customers for the Sales team
• Craft personalized outreach messages and sequences to engage recruiting leaders
• Conduct research on target accounts and industries to support outreach strategies
• Follow up on leads to secure product demos
• Support the Digital Marketing team with SEO optimization on WordPress
• Write content including blog posts, newsletters, and social media posts

Requirements

• Strong command of English (written and spoken)
• Persistence, resilience, and a strong work ethic
• Ability to learn and adapt to new tools and processes quickly

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in Sales or Marketing Development
• Experience in SaaS or HR tech
• Previous experience in lead outreach or pipeline-building
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies in the North American market
