Junior Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers in the showroom and creating a great first impression
• Communicating with potential clients, providing information, and scheduling visits
• Supporting sales team processes including coordinating test drives and meeting preparation
• Assisting in preparing presentations, offers, and other sales materials
• Entering data into CRM systems and managing administrative sales processes
• Collaborating with the marketing team on events, partnerships, and brand visibility
• Organizing vehicle technical inspections, registrations, and related formalities
• Helping customers understand vehicle technologies and their value
• Supporting a seamless XPENG customer experience from first contact to vehicle delivery

Requirements

• Passion for automobiles and interest in automotive industry and technology
• Attention to detail and a responsible approach to work
• Ability to communicate clearly and fluently with customers
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Category B driver's license
• Computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly
• CRM system experience is a plus
• Proactive attitude and desire to improve
