Junior Sales Manager

Through our AI-supported platform Enpal.One+, we provide integrated solutions for decentralized energy, including solar systems, battery storage, wallboxes, smart meters, and heat pumps.

Responsibilities

• Actively drive growth by acquiring solar and heat pump installers across Germany as partners
• Manage the entire process from initial contact to contract conclusion and smooth onboarding
• Identify and qualify new cooperation partners in the PV and heat pump industries
• Contact decision-makers via telephone, email, or LinkedIn
• Pitch our sales financing platform to installers and answer initial inquiries
• Build and independently manage your own sales pipeline
• Update and manage all sales activities, leads, and customer information in the CRM (Pipedrive)

Requirements

• Experience in B2B sales or business development (ideally in closing or process responsibility, e.g., AE, Partner Sales, Key Account, or BD)
• Strong communication, objection handling, and negotiation skills
• High level of personal responsibility and entrepreneurial mindset
• Fluent German language skills (written and spoken)
