Responsibilities

• Perform active outbound prospecting and qualification of opportunities within the financial sector
• Open doors in banks, issuers, acquirers, fintechs, and other payment ecosystem players
• Utilize multi-channel prospecting approaches including calls, emails, and LinkedIn social selling
• Identify and map decision-makers and strategic accounts
• Generate and maintain a qualified pipeline of opportunities
• Collaborate with the commercial team to develop opportunities
• Progressively participate in consultative sales cycles
• Analyze the Brazilian market to identify opportunities in fraud and payment segments

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology or SaaS solutions
• Experience with outbound prospecting and lead generation
• Familiarity with the financial sector (banks, payments, and fintechs)
• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields
• Native or fluent Portuguese
• Intermediate English
• Availability for travel within Brazil

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a BDR, SDR, or Inside Sales professional
• Complementary training in sales, technology, fintech, or cybersecurity
• Spanish language skills
