Junior Sales Engineer

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and drive business development in the Czech Republic
• Scout potential clients and projects in the biogas, biomethane, NGS, and industrial sectors
• Initiate contact with agricultural companies, consulting firms, developers, and contractors
• Organize and conduct sales presentations to introduce company solutions
• Gather client requirements and perform initial qualification of opportunities
• Coordinate with the Italy-based technical team for advanced deal management and proposals
• Monitor local market trends, competitors, and energy regulations
• Participate in industry trade fairs and events to expand the professional network

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Energy, Management, Electrical, or related fields)
• 2–3 years of experience in technical or industrial environments, or a recent graduate with a strong technical foundation
• Proficiency in both English and Czech
• Strong commercial mindset and proactive approach to business development
• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
