About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive sales outreach via LinkedIn, Email, and Reddit to engage potential customers
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive customer database
- Drive lead generation by encouraging prospects to schedule product demonstrations
- Implement targeted email marketing campaigns to attract and nurture leads
- Support product demonstrations and follow up on outcomes
- Prepare sales and marketing materials
- Assist in developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures
- Coordinate with teams to address quality-related issues and ensure continuous improvement
- Monitor and ensure adherence to quality standards for company products
Requirements
- Proficient English language skills
- Proactive communication skills
- Strong computer literacy
- Strong listening and quick learning abilities
- Persistence, discipline, and a positive work attitude
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with design
- Experience with video editing
- Experience with AI chatbot usage
