Junior Sales Controller

Responsibilities

• Support the analysis of sales performance using revenue figures, margins, and other key sales metrics
• Assist in creating variance analyses and deriving actionable recommendations
• Support the sales planning and forecasting processes
• Prepare and analyze relevant data to create meaningful reports and presentations
• Contribute to the further development of reporting and controlling instruments
• Support digitalization projects, such as CRM systems and Power BI
• Maintain and develop calculation and reporting structures within SAP
• Perform ad-hoc evaluations for sales and management
• Assist the sales organization with commercial queries, price analyses, and tenders
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Controlling departments

Requirements

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable qualification
• Initial practical experience in controlling or sales controlling
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Knowledge of SAP and experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI) is an advantage
• Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)
• Strong analytical thinking skills and a structured, diligent way of working
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and interest in business processes
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of cross-functional collaboration
