Enpal is Germany's first green unicorn, working towards a goal of solar systems on every roof and batteries in every home. We provide integrated solutions for decentralized energy, including solar panels, battery storage, and smart energy management via our AI-supported platform.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train new sales starters to ensure they integrate quickly and perform confidently.
• Develop and lead training cohorts of 5–10 trainees over several weeks to foster sustainable sales development.
• Increase performance through shadowings, group training, and individual coaching measures.
• Design and conduct target-group-oriented sales training using presence, online, and blended learning formats.
• Manage training and change projects while helping to anchor new sales processes.

Requirements

• Experience in Learning & Development with a focus on sales.
• Experience as a trainer or coach.
• Very good German language skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or AI-supported training tools.
• Certification as a Business Trainer.
• Passion for renewable energies.
