Junior Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the boutique achieving its sales targets and promote the Vhernier brand image
• Assist clients with customer service needs, maintaining high luxury standards and cultivating strong relationships
• Support after-sales service and provide personalized product recommendations
• Participate in visual merchandising, floor moves, and maintaining display standards
• Assist in stock management, including receiving merchandise, replenishment, and inventory counting
• Support sales transactions and maintain accurate cash records at the register
• Adhere to all company policies, security regulations, and operational procedures

Requirements

• 1 year of previous experience in luxury retail, services, or a luxury hospitality environment
• Fluency in English is mandatory
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Confidence in handling high-value transactions
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks with precision
• A self-starter attitude with a team-player approach
