Responsibilities
- Develop active clients by analyzing purchasing behavior and proposing suitable products and services
- Prospect new clients by identifying potential and presenting concrete proposals
- Optimize sales profitability by developing client margins and limiting ancillary costs
- Act as a business partner with internal stakeholders including Hall Directors and Sales Experts
- Analyze weekly turnover and margins to adjust priority actions and planning
- Report potential client information to the Sales Manager to improve commercial performance
- Prepare synthetic visit reports
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bac +3 or +4 degree in business school or equivalent university program
- Seeking an apprenticeship (alternance) in sales
- Passion for gastronomy and customer relations
- Proficiency in using IT tools
- Valid Driver's License (Permis B) is mandatory
