Junior Sales and Operations Support Associate

Responsibilities

• Support the team responsible for the efficient operation and management of the petrol station network in Slovenia
• Assist with administrative, operational, and analytical processes
• Gain hands-on experience in sales, retail network management, and business support
• Collaborate with experienced professionals to learn daily operations within key retail channels

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (recent graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Up to 2 years of professional experience
• Fluency in both Slovenian and English (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Knowledge of SAP is required
• Proactive, ambitious, and result-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of additional languages is considered an advantage
