Responsibilities
- Guarantee a high level of customer satisfaction for the brand
- Evaluate customer needs to provide personalized service
- Manage the sales process both in-store and over the phone
- Follow up on and achieve branch sales objectives
- Provide excellent post-sale service
- Maintain and update the customer database for out-of-stock product inquiries
Requirements
- High school diploma (verifiable with certificate) or a degree in sales or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the retail sector
- Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service excellence
- Availability to work flexible schedules and a strong service-oriented attitude
