About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle from product demonstration to closing
- Engage in high-level negotiations with C-Level Executives
- Cultivate and leverage business relationships with influential prospects
- Execute strategic account plans to consistently exceed sales targets
- Use consultative selling techniques to guide prospects through the sales process
- Collaborate with SDRs, Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams
- Drive expansion within the DACH markets to establish Factorial as a leading solution
Requirements
- 1.5–3+ years of B2B sales experience (ideally as an SDR/BDR or Junior AE)
- Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding sales quotas
- Native-level German and fluent English
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Structured, analytical mindset with strong pipeline discipline
- Highly motivated, coachable, and ambitious to grow into a top-performing AE
