About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle from product demonstration to closing
  • Engage in high-level negotiations with C-Level Executives
  • Cultivate and leverage business relationships with influential prospects
  • Execute strategic account plans to consistently exceed sales targets
  • Use consultative selling techniques to guide prospects through the sales process
  • Collaborate with SDRs, Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams
  • Drive expansion within the DACH markets to establish Factorial as a leading solution

Requirements

  • 1.5–3+ years of B2B sales experience (ideally as an SDR/BDR or Junior AE)
  • Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Native-level German and fluent English
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Structured, analytical mindset with strong pipeline discipline
  • Highly motivated, coachable, and ambitious to grow into a top-performing AE

  • Previous experience in a SaaS or fast-paced, high-growth environment
