Junior Safety & Reliability Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform safety analyses at all helicopter levels, including Zonal Safety Assessments and specific risk evaluations.
• Verify design characteristics and system installations to prevent cascading failures, fire, or bird strike impacts.
• Influence architectural choices for new developments and provide operational recommendations for flight manuals.
• Manage suppliers by challenging equipment designs to ensure strict compliance with safety and reliability requirements.
• Support the certification process by demonstrating regulatory compliance to official authorities such as EASA, OCCAR, and NAHEMA.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Chief Engineers, flight test crews, architects, and designers.

Requirements

• Master's degree or equivalent engineering degree in aeronautics.
• Strong interest in the design and architecture of avionics or flight control systems.
• Proficiency in technical English for international regulatory and documentation contexts.
• Proficiency in French for daily onsite operations.
• Strong interpersonal skills, initiative, autonomy, and a structured, synthetic approach to problem-solving.
