Responsibilities

• Generate leads through door-knocking, networking, and referrals
• Schedule and run appointments with homeowners to deliver sales presentations
• Perform roof and property inspections
• Educate customers on roofing processes and solutions
• Manage customer relationships and maintain a client base
• Develop knowledge of roofing products and insurance workflows

Requirements

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (capable of transporting a ladder)
• Ability to get on roofs and work outdoors
• Availability for full-time work (40 hours/week)
• Strong communication skills and a coachable mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior sales or customer service experience

Benefits

• Average earnings of $70,000-$125,000 per year
