Junior Roofing Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through door-knocking, networking, and referrals
• Schedule and run appointments with homeowners and deliver professional sales presentations
• Perform roof and property inspections
• Communicate clearly to educate customers on roofing processes and solutions
• Manage customer relationships and maintain a strong client base
• Develop knowledge of roofing products, services, and insurance workflows

Requirements

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (capable of transporting a ladder)
• Comfortable getting on roofs and working outdoors
• Available to work full-time (40 hours/week)
• Prior sales or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and a coachable mindset

Benefits
