Responsibilities

• Develop and refine machine learning architectures optimized for advanced conversational flow
• Conduct comprehensive analyses to support decision-making and improve the effectiveness of our AI solutions
• Apply advanced mathematical and machine learning techniques to solve specific problems such as optimizing tenant engagement strategies and predicting behavior
• Stay abreast of the latest research in machine learning and AI
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate and deploy machine learning models
• Work with the latest Large Language Models to leverage generative AI on production scale data

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Mathematics, Theoretical Physics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong foundation in machine learning algorithms, statistical analysis, and data modeling
• Demonstrated ability to apply analytical thinking to real-world challenges
• Proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages
• Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks
• Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week
