Responsibilities

• Support the research and analysis of social media, market, and target group data
• Assist in creating reports, presentations, and benchmark analyses
• Help maintain and update dashboards
• Prepare and visualize data and insights for internal and external presentations
• Monitor digital trends, platforms, and cultural developments
• Support the analysis of creator and influencer activities
• Collaborate with Strategy, Research, and Data teams on client projects
• Learn KPI analysis, insight development, and data-driven strategy work

Requirements

• Initial practical experience in agency, marketing, research, or social media environments
• Strong interest in social media, digital trends, and online culture
• Interest in data, communication, insights, and consumer behavior
• Motivation to learn new tools and platforms quickly
• Structured, reliable, and independent way of working
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
• Very good written and spoken German and English
