Junior Reporting & Tax Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage periodic tax and accounting compliance for Italian companies
• Prepare and close VAT settlements and collect data for Intrastat and WHT declarations
• Handle various tax filings using Entratel (F24, GSE communications, etc.)
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual trial balances
• Prepare Group Reporting Packages for consolidation purposes
• Reconcile intercompany accounts and manage accruals, deferrals, and adjustment entries
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities in collaboration with tax consultants
• Support audit activities and provide information to control bodies (auditors, board of statutory auditors)
• Manage asset accounting, including fixed asset registers and depreciation calculations
• Complete mandatory statistical surveys and ISTAT questionnaires

Requirements

• Degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Economics, Finance, or Law (corporate/tax focus)
• Knowledge of Italian general accounting principles and corporate taxation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
• Proficiency in the English language
• Analytical mindset with high precision and a team-oriented attitude
