Responsibilities

This role is part of our Management Development Program (MDP), structured in four phases:

• Phase 1: Warehouse and Customer Service (12 months) - Gaining hands-on experience in operations, product knowledge, inventory management, and pricing.
• Phase 2: Customer Relations and Procurement (12 months) - Building client relationships, managing large projects, reading plans for material quotes, and supplier negotiation.
• Phase 3: Account Management and Proactive Sales (15-18 months) - Focusing on business development, identifying new opportunities, and negotiating contracts.
• Phase 4: Leadership and Operations (3 months) - Refining leadership skills, coaching others, and managing strategic direction and operations.

Requirements

• Recent university or college graduates (all disciplines welcome)
• Positive, results-oriented attitude with a desire to learn
• Strong leadership, customer service, and organizational skills
• Strong work ethic and integrity
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Interest in sales and business development
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Valid driver's license
