Responsibilities

This role is part of the Management Development Program (MDP), structured in four phases:

• Phase 1: Warehouse and customer service operations, inventory management, and pricing controls.
• Phase 2: Customer relations, project management, reading blueprints, and supplier negotiations.
• Phase 3: Business development, sales strategies, contract negotiation, and client partnerships.
• Phase 4: Leadership, team coaching, and operational management to define strategic direction.

Requirements

• Recent university or college graduate (all disciplines welcome)
• Strong leadership, customer service, and organizational skills
• Positive, results-oriented attitude with a desire to learn
• Strong work ethic and integrity
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Interest in sales and business development
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Valid driver's license
