Junior Regional Distribution Manager

Responsibilities

• Phase 1: Gain hands-on experience in warehouse operations, product knowledge, customer service, inventory management, and pricing controls.
• Phase 2: Build customer relationships, manage large-scale projects, learn to read blueprints for material quotes, and handle supplier negotiations.
• Phase 3: Focus on business development, identifying new opportunities, negotiating contracts, and creating lasting client partnerships.
• Phase 4: Develop leadership skills, mentor others, and take charge of operational management and strategic direction.

Requirements

• Recent university or college graduate (all disciplines welcome)
• Positive, results-oriented attitude with a desire to learn
• Strong leadership, customer service, and organizational skills
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and ability to work independently or in a team
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Interest in sales and business development
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in sales or business development is a plus
