Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze team needs
- Identify and approach candidates via job boards, social networks, and innovative sourcing strategies
- Qualify engineering profiles and organize interviews
- Support candidates through to contract signature
- Act as a Business Partner to Business Managers
Requirements
- Preparing a Bac+5 degree in business, human resources, communication, or marketing
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn
- Team spirit and dynamism
