Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze team needs
• Write and distribute attractive job advertisements
• Identify and approach candidates via job boards, social networks, and innovative sourcing strategies
• Qualify engineering profiles and organize interviews
• Support candidates through to contract signature
• Participate in school career fairs to identify top talent
• Act as a Business Partner to Business Managers

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources, Communication, Marketing, or Business
• Ideally a first experience in recruitment
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn
• Team spirit and dynamism
