Junior Recruitment Consultant

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for clients, providing end-to-end headhunting and talent acquisition services
• Prospect new B2B leads through various online channels and existing databases to acquire new client accounts
• Connect with domestic and global companies to introduce recruitment services and establish long-term partnerships
• Drive direct sales efforts from lead generation to closing, including upselling and cross-selling activities
• Achieve revenue and placement targets by onboarding new clients and supporting existing ones
• Develop a deep understanding of client hiring needs to effectively manage the talent pipeline
• Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM database and produce precise reports as requested
• Ensure customer retention by acting as a liaison and handling client concerns with confidence

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in Recruitment Consulting, Account Management, or Business Development
• Experience working within an HR Tech company, recruitment agency, or headhunting firm
• Fluent verbal and written English communication skills
• Proven experience with LinkedIn prospecting, cold calling, and using CRM tools
• Strong interpersonal skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet specific performance targets
