Junior Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end candidate sourcing strategies to build a robust talent pipeline
• Perform detailed CV screening to identify qualified candidates for construction roles
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Manage recruitment administration tasks to ensure a smooth hiring process
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment documentation

Requirements

• 1–2 years of recruitment experience
• Proven experience working within the construction contracting industry
• Proficiency in candidate sourcing and CV screening techniques
• Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate complex interview schedules
• Excellent communication skills
