Junior Recovery Executive

Responsibilities

• Maximize the recovery of assigned portfolios and improve credit quality by offering settlement or restructuring options.
• Meet assigned budgets for cash, restructuring, containment, and rescue, ensuring proper application in the system.
• Manage debtor contacts and negotiations via telephone and direct home visits, maintaining detailed logs in the Cyber system.
• Establish negotiation schemes with debtors and present alternative options to the Committee when necessary.
• Forecast and diagnose accounts within the timeframes established by regulations.
• Properly integrate borrower files and manage the release and delivery of liquidated files to the archive.

Requirements

• Professional degree in Administration, Document Custody, or related administrative fields.
• 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to travel and availability for field work.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive.
• Service-oriented attitude and a strong focus on results.
