Junior Real Estate Agent

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate leads through networking, social media, and referrals to build a strong pipeline of buyers, sellers, and landlords.
• Follow up on inbound enquiries from property portals such as Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments and provide informed advice on market conditions, pricing, and neighborhood insights.
• Guide clients through the full transaction cycle, from initial viewings to signed contracts and handover.
• Source, list, and market properties, ensuring all listings are accurate and well-presented.
• Prepare and process RERA documentation, including Form A, Form B, and Form F.
• Maintain up-to-date CRM records of all client interactions, viewings, and deal stages.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of proven sales experience in the UAE (Real Estate, Financial Services, Hospitality, or Automotive preferred).
• Active RERA Broker Card or a willingness to obtain one within 30 days (company-sponsored).
• Valid UAE driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Excellent command of English; additional languages are a strong advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with a diverse, international clientele.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in Dubai real estate sales or leasing.
• Familiarity with UAE property portals and CRM platforms like Propspace, Zoho, or Salesforce.
• Existing network of potential buyers, investors, or landlords in the UAE.
• Knowledge of UAE freehold areas and off-plan market dynamics.
