Junior R&D Softgood Project Manager/Data - BI

Responsibilities

• Accelerate the digital transformation of the softgood service by optimizing internal data capitalization processes.
• Build robust and scalable data models (star schemas) to support advanced analytics.
• Design, develop, and evolve high-impact reporting tools using Power BI.
• Improve the performance, ergonomics, and user experience of existing BI solutions.
• Explore and integrate AI-based features such as automated insights, intelligent summaries, and anomaly detection.
• Translate business needs into clear, intuitive, and actionable analytical solutions.
• Support innovation efforts by participating in research projects and product development phases.

Requirements

• Engineering degree with a specialization in Data, including notions of Quality and Process.
• Proficiency in Data tools: Power BI, Snowflake, and Machine Learning.
• Strong programming and analytical skills: Python, SQL, statistics, and image processing.
• Experience with digital design tools: CAD (Rhino/CREO) and numerical simulation (Abaqus/NX).
• English proficiency at a C1 level.
• Strong sense of rigor, autonomy, and ability to adapt to complex environments.
• Excellent synthesis and communication skills.
