Responsibilities

• Act as a bridge between design teams and factories
• Track material samples and manage swatch libraries
• Organize technical documents including paint formulas and stain systems
• Work closely with suppliers to ensure final products match approved samples
• Learn internal systems and quality control steps
• Communicate with vendors to streamline the material development process

Requirements

• Interest in raw material development and furniture manufacturing
• Strong organizational skills for managing samples and technical documentation
• Ability to maintain high quality standards through detailed tracking
