Junior Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of detailed cost estimates, budgets, and commercial proposals for turnkey projects.
• Develop Bills of Quantities (BoQs), scope breakdowns, and structured work packages during tender phases.
• Prepare tender packages and requests for quotations for subcontractors and suppliers.
• Review and compare subcontractor and supplier quotations to ensure competitive pricing.
• Assist with value engineering initiatives to align budgets with design and technical requirements.
• Support project teams with cost tracking, budget monitoring, and financial reporting during execution.
• Assist in the management of variations, change orders, and commercial adjustments.
• Contribute to commercial reporting and cost forecasting to manage budget performance and risks.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, Estimation, Cost Control, or Commercial Management.
• Experience in construction-related industries such as interior fit-out, exhibition construction, or MEP.
• Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or Architecture preferred.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluent English; additional languages like German are an advantage.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
