Junior Quality Control

Responsibilities

• Review Software Requirements Specifications (SRS) and Design Documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and testability.
• Assist in preparing test plans and defining the overall testing scope.
• Identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies throughout the software lifecycle.
• Develop creative edge-case scenarios to ensure robust application performance.
• Prepare and maintain quality reports and project documentation for stakeholders.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance quality tools and workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or Software Engineering.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Proficiency in Requirement Analysis and Test Case Design.
• Familiarity with the Bug Lifecycle and Defect Management processes.
• Experience using bug tracking tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with API Testing.
