About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist with the onboarding of new acquisitions and implementation of policies
- Field inbound calls, emails, and resident portal inquiries
- Manage scheduling and follow-up for maintenance tasks and contractors
- Perform on-site property inspections for turnovers and quarterly audits
- Manage monthly billing, rent collection audits, and supply inventory
- Assist with resident move-in/move-out processes
- Support leasing activities including apartment showings and rental application reviews
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in customer service or hospitality
- Strong computer and Excel skills
- Experience with Google Suite preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong documentation and schedule management skills
