Junior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage OEM/OES P0 or simple P1 projects, ensuring the achievement of KPIs regarding profitability, quality, timing, and production preparation
• Define project scope and manage the project budget, including project-specific parts
• Secure and control project resources and validate the activities of project team members
• Apply Design to Cost methodology and prepare decision-making processes for relevant committees
• Manage local customer relationships and keep clients updated on project development progress
• Prepare and validate reports on project progress for governance stages and PSC
• Escalate project gaps, issues, or risks to the appropriate level with appropriate speed and anticipation
• Promote Valeo values, culture, and standards, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements

Requirements

• Experience managing OEM/OES projects
• Ability to control project resources and define project scope
• Proven experience in managing project budgets
• Strong customer relationship management skills
• Familiarity with Design to Cost methodology
