Junior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in defining project success criteria including time, cost, and technical parameters
• Support the planning and coordination of quality, health, safety and environmental activities
• Help establish effective project governance, processes and systems
• Monitor and document project progress and key performance indicators
• Track and manage project risks, issues and changes
• Conduct background research, data analysis and benchmarking
• Prepare clear project reports and communication materials
• Support coordination across project teams, consultants and stakeholders
• Attend project meetings and prepare agendas, minutes and action trackers

Requirements

• Degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, real estate or related discipline
• Experience or internship exposure in project management, construction or real estate preferred
• Understanding of the project lifecycle and management principles
• Awareness of project management tools and techniques
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Fluent in English and Swedish
