Junior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Perform project management and coordination on wireless testing projects to ensure client requirements are met
• Work with external clients, Key Account Managers, and Lab managers to ensure smooth testing processes
• Manage key accounts technically to maximize efficiency and client satisfaction
• Provide accurate and timely reporting and status updates to customers
• Maintain productive working relationships with SGS Affiliates and other internal teams
• Support client meetings and ensure all documentation complies with SGS quality requirements
• Assist in maintaining A2LA ISO17025 and CTIA accreditation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar technical field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in a test house or manufacturer
• Understanding of wireless technologies such as 5G NR, LTE, CDMA, GSM, and WCDMA
• Familiarity with wireless certification bodies including 3GPP, PTCRB, CTIA, and GCF
• Experience in a customer-facing role with strong communication skills
• Ability to work with USA teams across Asian time zones
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience coordinating testing for North American Wireless operators
• Previous experience managing large Key customer accounts
• Background in the wireless industry with understanding of test house certification processes
