Junior Project Manager R&D Medical Devices

Responsibilities

• Coordinate proposal activities during the bidding preparation phase to ensure timely delivery.
• Initiate and follow technical proposal elaboration and reviews.
• Prepare and manage various project reviews according to Development Procedures (e.g., A meetings, B meetings, PRI).
• Manage the handover of successful proposals to the project execution team.
• Elaborate and review technical appendices for project documentation.
• Supervise and provide guidance to proposal engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 5+ years of professional experience in engineering, design, project management, finance, or procurement.
• Strong technical review and coordination capabilities.
