Junior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Support strategic initiatives by leading projects from concept through execution
• Develop project plans from the ground up and manage timelines to ensure successful delivery
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance
• Drive accountability and bring structure to complex organizational initiatives
• Anticipate potential risks and identify opportunities for process improvement

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management or project coordination
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously from planning through execution
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
• Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity
• Perfect written and oral English communication skills
• Must reside in Istanbul and be able to work a 16:00-00:00 schedule

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in healthcare or healthcare technology (SaaS)
• Experience building project management processes and documentation in a high-growth environment
