Junior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop, launch, and manage original events from conception to delivery
• Own strategic planning, execution, and reporting for key strategic experiences
• Analyze business opportunities and inefficiencies to propose operational changes
• Coordinate with internal departments including Marketing and Operations
• Manage and grow revenue from scalable events using data and P&L analysis
• Represent the Fever brand at events and build relationships with partners and venues
• Work with the global team to scale experiences across Korea and other markets

Requirements

• 1+ years in a project management or consulting role
• Fluency in Korean and English (written and oral)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical, organizational, and relationship management skills
• Ability to handle multiple parallel work-streams and large workloads
• Solution-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of promotional tools like Facebook and Instagram
• Strong academic background
• Experience in networking and building strategic partnerships
