About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop, launch, and manage original events from conception to delivery
- Own strategic planning, execution, and reporting for key strategic experiences
- Analyze business opportunities and inefficiencies to propose operational changes
- Coordinate with internal departments including Marketing and Operations
- Manage and grow revenue from Fever Originals Events
- Make informed decisions based on data and P&L analysis
- Represent the Fever brand at events
Requirements
- 1+ years in a project management or consulting role
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical, organizational, and relationship management skills
- Ability to handle large volumes of work and parallel work-streams
- Solution-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of promotional tools like Facebook and Instagram
- Strong academic background
- Experience in networking and building strategic partnerships
