Responsibilities
- Research and identify suitable talent for fashion brands
- Analyze social media KPIs to support talent strategy
- Manage communication with talent, management teams, and agencies
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and presentations
- Track ongoing projects and ensure smooth execution
- Plan and coordinate fashion hauls including contractual and technical aspects
- Maintain data, reports, and documentation
- Support administrative processes like contract and invoice management
- Ensure compliance with timelines and contract terms
Requirements
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Structured, detail-oriented, and self-driven work style
- High level of initiative and accountability
- Strong interest in fashion, influencer marketing, and social media
- Understanding of social media platforms
- Proficiency in German and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Strong communication and professional stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
