Junior Project Manager Development

Responsibilities

• Research and identify suitable talents for fashion brands in relevant markets
• Analyze and evaluate social media KPIs to support talent strategy
• Communicate with talents, management, and agencies
• Plan, organize, and coordinate appointments and meetings
• Track ongoing projects to ensure smooth workflows
• Plan and coordinate fashion hauls from organizational to technical implementation
• Maintain and evaluate relevant data, overviews, and documentation
• Support administrative processes including contract and invoice management
• Ensure compliance with timings, deadlines, and contract terms

Requirements

• Structured, careful, and independent working style
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• High level of initiative and responsibility
• Interest in fashion, influencer marketing, and social media
• Good understanding of social media platforms and their functions
• Very good German and English skills (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
