Junior Project Manager, Commercial

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement of the project management framework for the EPOS Rewards team
• Manage a portfolio of merchant clients end-to-end from scoping to post-launch handover
• Manage governance and commercial relationships with key platform partners
• Identify and validate new revenue streams based on merchant usage and campaign performance
• Develop retainer and managed service proposal frameworks including pricing and scope
• Design service tiering frameworks and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Own the Train-the-Trainer programme for team onboarding and product updates

Requirements

• Excellent end-to-end project management skills
• Strong client-facing communication skills for managing SME business owners
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Ability to structure ambiguous business problems into clear processes
• Aptitude for partnership governance and B2B commercial structuring
• Experience with project tracking tools like Teambition, Notion, or Yuque

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a strong commercial or consulting track record
• At least 3 years of work experience preferred
• Prior experience in partnerships, consulting, or B2B account management
• Familiarity with digital advertising, CRM platforms, or loyalty solutions
• Data fluency and mastery of analytical tools
