Junior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage hotel contingents, including procurement for meetings, events, congresses, and sporting events
• Create offers, perform calculations, and manage invitations and participant registration
• Prepare all relevant travel documents, including ticket management and distribution
• Provide customer support and consultation before, during, and after project implementation
• Maintain responsibility for project budgets and ensure timely completion of all tasks
• Handle accounting tasks related to projects, including payment flows and final settlements
• Support senior project managers in the planning, organization, and execution of large-scale projects
• Collaborate with the team on marketing initiatives such as newsletters and social media

Requirements

• Degree in business administration, tourism, sports management, or equivalent training
• A strong passion for sports, particularly football and handball
• Ideally, initial practical experience in tourism or project management
• A structured, independent, and reliable working style
• Strong logical and conceptual thinking skills
• High level of service orientation and communication competence
• Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)
