Junior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage smaller, standardized customer projects including engineering, procurement, manufacturing, testing of process modules, and start-up
• Coordinate key components for ongoing projects at the department level
• Provide technical, financial, and project management oversight to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and according to scope
• Secure and manage customer requirements
• Motivate and drive the project team toward successful execution

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering, Science, or equivalent relevant work experience
• Strong technical expertise combined with effective management skills
• Ability to approach work in a constructive, structured, and systematic manner
• Decisive mindset with the ability to negotiate effectively and maintain a solution-oriented focus
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage interpersonal relationships
