Junior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage industrial plant projects, ensuring adherence to time, cost, and quality objectives.
• Actively manage relationships and communication with end customers where plants will be installed.
• Maintain alignment and manage relationships with internal clients, including commercial and technical teams.
• Collaborate with international colleagues and specialists to resolve technical and management issues.
• Coordinate installation and commissioning activities on-site, supported by a Senior Project Manager.
• Prepare necessary project documentation for execution and closure.
• Monitor physical and economic project progress and identify potential deviations.
• Participate in internal and external project coordination meetings.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical preferred).
• Excellent proficiency in English for interaction with international specialists.
• Strong analytical approach and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive attitude and a strong orientation toward teamwork.
• Previous professional experience, internships, or traineeships in project management roles is considered a plus.
