Junior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules for solar PV and battery farm projects
• Support planning activities using MS Project, Primavera P6, or Excel
• Track project progress against baseline schedules and highlight delays or risks
• Support communication with Clients, Contractors, Vendors, and Site teams
• Facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, and issue minutes
• Prepare regular project progress reports, dashboards, and planning summaries
• Monitor key milestones and interfaces between solar and BESS scopes
• Support implementation of HSE and quality requirements on site

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, planning, or scheduling
• Experience with solar PV and/or battery energy storage projects preferred
• Exposure to renewable energy construction projects in the Philippines is an advantage

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of PVsyst simulation and EYA report
