Junior Project Management Consultant

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end (E2E) project economics, including asset valuation and investment management.
• Perform quantitative data analysis and statistical modeling to support informed decision-making.
• Conduct risk and return analysis to ensure project viability.
• Utilize project management tools to track progress and maintain organizational efficiency.
• Apply agile or waterfall methodologies to oversee project lifecycles.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, IT, Administration, or a related field (Title and professional license required).
• 4 to 9 years of professional experience.
• Deep understanding of financial principles, including risk analysis and asset valuation.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong quantitative data analysis skills.
• Certification in Scrum Master, Waterfall, or OKRs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data analysis tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Python, or SQL.
• Proficiency in project management software like Jira, Mural, Trello, or ClickUp.
• Knowledge of agile techniques including User Stories, Continuous Integration, and Retrospectives.
• Certifications from Scrum.org (PSPO I, PSM II, etc.) or diplomas in Digital Transformation.
